Its amazing how this kuffar says love and forgiveness and blah blah while the victims life is ruined forever and will live with shame and stigma for her whole life and if given the choice of deciding the fate of her attacker's life, she would want to send her attacker to his Maker 99% of the time. In islamic sharia, this is a very clear cut case and those who violate humans beings are swiftly sent for further justice to their Maker. No need to waste public money on rapists and murderers when they are wanted in the Highest Court of hereafter...

Absolutely. But think of the practicality also. A girl herself cannot avoid a rape by living in the comportment of Shari'ah. Yes Shari'ah can be a remedy, but not a self defense in such a situation.. Never rely on an "emotion" without discovering the fact.
